About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and develop our commercial team, spanning client relationships and showroom operations, while growing our portfolio of premium accounts. You will own the full customer journey from first pitch and negotiations through to closing, delivery, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts for bespoke furniture and interior design projects
Own the full sales cycle, from first pitch to project handover
Set and deliver on personal and team revenue targets
Grow existing accounts and pursue new business across luxury residential and commercial sectors
Analyse account profitability and adjust pricing and service strategy accordingly
Act as the senior client contact throughout the project lifecycle, resolving escalations decisively
Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team.
Bridge sales, design, and operations to keep the client experience seamless from brief to handover
Represent The Design Gallery at industry events and build a pipeline through networking
Track market trends and competitor activity, and feed insights back to leadership
What We're Looking For
4 to 7 years in senior sales role, key account management, or relationship management.
Experience with luxury interiors, high-end furniture, architecture, or a comparable premium sector will be an advantage.
Proven record of managing a substantial client portfolio and exceeding revenue targets
Strong commercial and financial acumen to negotiate and close high value deals
Genuine interest in design, art and luxury products, with the ability to articulate their value
Relevant professional qualifications are an advantage
