About the Role

We are looking for a Site Manager for our luxury interior fit-out and installation projects. You will be the company's eyes and hands on site, making sure the daily work is executed to our quality standards, stays on schedule and in compliance with applicable laws. You will supervise the trades and subcontractors working on site and keep the operations team informed with accurate, timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-time on-site supervision of projects, ensuring execution to the company's quality standards and approved design specifications

  • Read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings, and translate them into clear instructions for site teams

  • Enforce the installation and quality standards set by the company, escalating any deviation for direction

  • Schedule, monitor, and track the productivity and workmanship of staff, subcontractors and artisans on site, coordinating trades to avoid conflict and downtime

  • Maintain the site work schedule, monitor daily progress against milestones, and flag risks or delays early with recommended solutions

  • Conduct quality inspections ahead of project handover

  • Receive, inspect, and verify materials and deliveries against specification; track site inventory and equipment, and control wastage and pilferage

  • Enforce health and safety on site in line with the OSH guidelines conduct risk assessments and incident reporting

  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly site reports for the operations team

  • Support successful project closure including client and consultant walk-throughs and handover documentation

  • Represent the company professionally in site meetings when required

What We're Looking For

  • Academic qualifications in any related field is an added advantage

Hands-on site management experience in construction or interiors projects

  • Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and design drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality finishes

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to hold set standards on site

  • Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgement under pressure

  • Strong reporting skills to document daily progress and site activity accurately and present it in a clear, structured format

  • Computer literacy and certification is an added advantage
